I want to be a horrible person and give Homura black blood. Is this okay?

Any thoughts of how you're gonna handle it, in the 'what will be tempting her to use it' way and 'what will it do for her' way? I know you know your soul eating, so just curious.

I'm not sure, mainly due to how Homura functions. Unlike Soul or even Crona, Homura isn't much of a close range fighter. She tends to use homemade explosives and firearms in combat. However due to the canonpoint, she's still trying to figure out where she fits in a combat role. It could be that due to her increased physical abilities she could become more of a close range fighter.

But really though I guess the biggest issue would be her time manipulation abilities. She has a big time motif going on (see fig. a) and I would really like to see her infection take on that form. Like how anime!Stein had that crazy radio in his head, I could see Homura just having a giant grandfather clock that just goes tick-tock in her head. No you are not allowed to make a Ke$sha joke about that.

As to how the black blood would actually affect her time abilities IDEK. It's really hard to conceptualize time as is.

She could shoot blood bullets out of her fingers. Like, doing the finger gun pose and everyone thinks the little girl is being silly until she shoots them in the face.

That is a tricky one. I know exactly the square root of all fuck about Madoka, so IDEK if this would be useful, but how about allowing her to fuck up cause and effect? Like causing people to get wounded before she actually attacks or something, with the downside that it makes what she's going to do predictable because she's gonna have to go through the motions SOMETIME.

That would actually be pretty cool. She would have to prick her finger first though or something like that, wouldn't she?

I think it would be an interesting concept, but something of a stretch and would cause lots of permission posts and headaches so I think I'll pass on that.

Most likely, although occasionally Crona does stuff without making a wound on hirself. Probably to save a panel of self harm being drawn but still. She could do that finger biting thing everyone in Naruto does when they need blood for a summoning.

Aye. There is that. Maybe her black blood could be totally different to her actual abilities. It's not like pianos and scythes are related.
