Bb!antichrist here will be wandering around being giggly and destructive with nasty psychic static hanging around. Generally, if one goes near her, they'll be overcome by a general sense of guilt, hopelessness, and despair (or, if they're so inclined, may be taken by a bought of rage and become inexplicably violent), and they may or may not hear voices and get flashbacks to their worst memories. If they happen to be psychic, the reaction's even worse. If you want to get in on that, tag the post I'll throw up in a bit or hit me up here. She'll be wandering around, so if you want your character affected, assume she went near you, and if you don't, assume she didn't.
Also, if someone snaps and tries to kill her, I'm game. Fair warning, though--she'll probably try to force-choke them or something.
