Folken's decided to camp out in the rafters up in the roof of the recreation area. Since this means he's sitting round with his constantly-moulting wings out most of the time, there's going to be feathers all over the place. White, fluffy wing feathers, in all sorts of sizes. About halfway up the hall, by the right hand wall, will be a particularly dense pile, since that's the spot he's chosen to lean on.
