For what it's worth, Molly's apartment is pretty sparse, too. But right now she's here at Roxas' place, in clean scrubs and sneakers, and the ever-present bracelet she wears - 15 wooden beads, intricately painted. She knocks energetically and waits for Roxas to answer.

Or, y'know, she could be impatient. Half a second later, she knocks again. "Hey, Roxy, open up already!"

"Don't call me Roxy, I'm not a girl!" Roxas calls from inside as he slides on socked feet to the door. There's a muffled crash and a yelp and then he's pulling it open, rubbing a hand over his head with a sheepish smile. "I didn't burn anything, honestly, and you are far too impatient. Get in here."

"Really, you're not?" Molly asks when Roxas opens the door, and makes a thoughtful face. "Huh. Never would've figured."

She saunters in and surveys the food set out. Nothing fancy, but it looks edible, anyway. "Well, it looks like it won't kill us. That's promising!"

"Oi," Roxas smiles good-naturedly as he heads into the kitchen to get plates, which he's placed strategically on a low shelf in the cupboard so he doesn't have to do any counter-scaling to get at them. Granted he's still got to stretch up on the balls of his feet to get two of them down, and they clink against each other as he carries them to the table, pushing one over the plastic surface to the other side. "I am not a girl. I am very manly and I can cook and I'm feeding you, so shut up."

"Because those are generally considered such manly traits." Molly is at least somewhat considerate in that she starts poking in drawers for silverware. "So, you get up to anything interesting today other than cooking and attempting to woo the laundrybot?"

"Uh- yeah, actually." Roxas' face is suspiciously red when she turns around again. He stands in front of a chair and fidgets with the top of it, and the legs scrape a bit against the linoleum of the kitchen floor. He's opened the curtains so light spills everywhere, rendering electricity useless. It strikes the back of his hair and turns it golden in evening, casting shadows over everything. His twitches with tension. "I kissed Axel."

If Molly were sitting, she'd be chin-handing at him right now. As it is, she finds the appropriate interested-ready-to-tease-you-within-an-inch-of-your-life grin, oh so useful with younger siblings and Roxases.

"Do tell. Is he a good kisser?"

Roxas' face promptly goes redder, color flooding high into his cheeks as he heads into the kitchen. "You can serve yourself, decide how much sauce you want and things. And, um. Yes, actually, he is."

Molly catches up with him to sling an arm around his shoulders and ruffle his hair with a bit of a grin. "Good for you. You're freaking adorable." She then abandons him to pile her plate up with pasta. Om nom nom.

"So are you two an item now?"
