It does. So very few people have basic conversational skills these days.

Alright, saying 'hi' is rather easy... [He just waves at him, then salutes] Either of these work. The only thing you must be careful about is to make sure the other person is looking at you. Visual contact is extremely important with this language.

He keeps on teaching him small simple words, mostly ways to ask 'how are you' or 'nice to see you'.]

[Justin is fairly good at it, he doesn't have much trouble with the grammar, and (probably the most important part) he is genuinely interested in learning the language.]
