[And look, it's this guy again. He's in a better mood than when he talked with Superman by the incinerator, which is probably a good thing.]

[Why, Clark Kent hasn't talked to Justin since their last class. He obviously would not know about any incident on the incinerator.

Obviously.]

Hello, Justin. Nice to see you again. Have you been practicing?

Not as much as I would have liked. Things have been rather hectic recently. [Understatement much?]

You don't say.

That's alright, though. What do you remember? Do you remember the alphabet?

[He runs through it quickly, without any mistakes. If there is one academic thing that Justin Law is good at, it's languages.]

That's quite impressive.

[No sarcasm, he truly thinks that. Not everybody memorizes sign alphabet that easily.]

Now you could easily communicate by signing the alphabet, but most people don't do that. I will begin teaching you some basic words, if that's alright with you?

Of course.

Alright then. Let's begin with salutes, greetings, and things like that. It always pays off to learn how to be polite.

[And Clark thinks Justin could use a healthy does of that, anyway.]

It does. So very few people have basic conversational skills these days.

[... Justin you sound like an old man.]

You're telling me.

[Amused Clark is amused.]

Alright, saying 'hi' is rather easy... [He just waves at him, then salutes] Either of these work. The only thing you must be careful about is to make sure the other person is looking at you. Visual contact is extremely important with this language.

[Justin waves hello, smirking a bit more. Something about the last two sentences is obviously amusing to him.]

[Clark notices, but he doesn't comment on it. The guy must have his reasons to find visual contact funny...

He keeps on teaching him small simple words, mostly ways to ask 'how are you' or 'nice to see you'.]

[Justin is fairly good at it, he doesn't have much trouble with the grammar, and (probably the most important part) he is genuinely interested in learning the language.]

[Fujino had been rather hesitant for sometime, after hearing about the classes. But eventually, she mustered up her courage and arrived. Though, she'll be peeking out from behind the door.]

Um, excuse me...
