The grin on her face isn't going to fade any time soon, not at all.]

He's no longer tempered by any kind of morals, and as he rams his claws into the abdomen of the abdomen of the staff member he's caught hold of, tearing upwards until their innards spill out of them and spatter the floor like a grisly impressionist painting, the expression on his face is terrifyingly empty. He spots Grell though, and steps over to her, his arm and torso still dripping with the intern's blood]
There's more down this way.

How artistic.]
Then we can't let them go.
[Grell will be right behind him in the direction he indicates, nearly trembling from the amount of energy she's containing so as not to turn her blade on him. He was a friend, a comrade, and yet once her bloodlust was awakened, it was hard to stop.]

[He may have been severed from his emotions, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want the staff here dead. It's the Deimos way, to kill those who harm or oppress you, and while he may not consider himself a Deimos anymore, as far as he's concerned they deserve nothing less.
He pauses a moment, listening, before moving on again, more swiftly this time. He doesn't want them getting away]
Just up here...

[She'd seen a few with guns, other things, and it would only be an annoyance to be shot. Keeping pace with him, she takes a few deep breaths to steady herself. No use getting too out of it and cutting herself on the blade.]

[Times like this when being a halfbreed is troublesome; bullets would barely dent his scales, but he doesn't have enough of them to act as appropriate armour.
They're getting closer now, and his eyes narrow, clawed hand clenching at his side; his emotions may have been cut out of him, but the dragon in him is eager to kill again]

[Tricky little things those were.
Closer, closer, closer and when they're in sight (two of them, how lucky) she doesn't bother to ask permission, she just goes and hacks off an arm, delighting in the shrieking that results.]

Broken bones just sounded so beautiful right at this moment.] The chaos is so beautiful right now, don't you think?

[Her tone is light, airy, the voice you would expect from an reverent girl in a church instead of a grown woman hacking off limbs in a space facility. But she's ecstatic, and so what is proper is forsaken.]
I'm glad you can appreciate it with me.

A splatter of red from her display makes it's way onto his face. Jet doesn't even bother to wipe it off.]
"Be prepared for heavy artillery on the floors up ahead."
[Not that Grell seems to require much warning.]
"I see you have things taken care of down here."

[Did that means bombs, bigger guns? What was hidden up there, that they would be panicked enough to start using?]

[Swordsman don't belong in a fight against machine guns without proper planning. Not that whatever Grell is holding looks anything like any weapon Jet has seen before.]
"They'll go down. Just have to time it right. Pass the word on. Avoid casualties."
Reply
[The surprise element she had been counting on has been eliminated by now, then. Pity, but to be expected.]
Thanks for the warning. I'll make sure it gets spread around. If a few people with the more ranged attacks can be sent there...

[Jet nods grimly.]
"Every weapon has its weaknesses. Longer range, better defenses or use of projectiles should all get the job done. We only need them to abandon their weapons for a moment."
[Squksh. Jet stabs a body at his feet.]
"The interns aren't too smart when they panic."

And you're right...they let the panic cloud their judgement. Which is why we don't have to worry about winning.
