[He's standing amongst the gathering crowd, expression hollow and entirely closed off, arms folded over his scarred chest and wings furled tightly behind him. He finds it vaguely abhorrent to be among other people now, but it's something he can ignore. He's idly wondering whether the upcoming mayhem will be able to elicit any real feelings from him, whether fear or even excitement will finally kick in once things get under way.

Like you said, none of that stuff really matters now. Fuck knows what's gonna happen after this.

What's gonna happen after this is we're going to be steering the station. All goes well, Val will be an expensive blob of melted plastic, the staff will be dead, and we'll be secured against the consortium.

I'm still gonna want to talk to you, afterwards. That's not changing.

[He's hoping to brush off the last part of what Harry just said to him; he has no idea how to relate to people any more, and little - if any - desire to do so. But he's not thinking to the future yet, he's concentrating on right now. If he lives through this he'll deal with it when it comes]

I could die during the fighting. Pretty sure it'd be permanent when there's no staff left to do whatever the hell they do to us. It's not worth thinking about afterwards, yet.

If I remember correctly, the staff sleep on a similar schedule to us. That means that a lot of them are going to be in bed or at least at home.

Straight to the lifts and down to level four, where they live.

We'll have to play it by ear. Hopefully they don't know we're coming and with alarms going off and riots breaking out, they'll panic. They're not trained fighters.

[She pulls a rolled up map out of her belt, taking a look at it. It looks hand-copied, but it's a very good drawing]

Level four... Only way to get in is these elevators, right?

How are we going to sneak out of an elevator? Won't that be kind of an obvious entrance?
