He had been there since day one of the week. Stalking. Waiting. There are so many souls out there. Guilty souls that demanded punishment. He's rarely given such a broad canvas to work with and the tools available are plentiful.
He approaches his victims slowly. The first indication that he's near will be their faciliberry malfunctioning. They start emitting static, and attempt to communicate with others ultimately end in failure. From there, it's only a matter of time before he shows up, ready to dispense his own form of justice.
