[The small church in Hope's End had been as dusty and run down as the rest of the town at the beginning of the week, but Emilia hadn't been satisfied to leave it at that. She's been working hard to clean and air the building. The altar has been reclothed and redecorated, her Catholic leanings showing through, and there are candles lit throughout the building.
Right now she's on her knees in the middle of the nave, scrubbing the floor clean. She's humming as she works, satisfied with her labour.
There's a broom propped up outside nest to the door. Attached is a neatly written sign asking that visitors wipe the dust from their shoes before entering.]
