[All the while, Suki was with Kate, trying to distract her by sparring. But finally, Suki got the message and lead Kate back to her room for the surprise party.

This was actually cheering her up, which was nice. So when Suki got there, she was smiling.]

Oh! And Kate? Happy birthday.

[Kate wasn't really surprised that Suki had wanted to spend the day sparring. And she din't mind at all. She also didn't notice anything weird as they headed back to her suite. When Suki said her name she looked over at her, smiling a bit]

Hmm? [But then the door to her suite opened and she just kind of. Stared] ...What? [Surprise successful]

[Tommy's waiting by the door, looking way too casual for the moment, grinning a bit.] Surprise. Happy 17th.

Thanks for keeping her busy, Suki.

Happy to do it. [And she meant it. Suki was finally in a good mood.]

Were you surprised, Kate?

Uh, yeah. Definitely. [She's just staring at the decorations]

Whose idea was this?

Mine and Billy's. [Just kinda beaming. He's going to be happy for this party goddamn it.]

Come on, both of you come have some cake. Billy magicked it up and it didn't even explode.

And they asked me to distract you. Looks like it worked.

Yeah, I'll say it worked. [You are getting a hug now, Suki. Tommy, you're next] You guys are amazing. You didn't have to do this, though.

[All the hugs, he loves them. He also might be giving Suki a friendly, very light punch in the shoulder. Not hard enough to hurt by far, just a 'bros' kind of gesture.] We wanted to. You deserve it.
