Teams aren't for everyone, but neither is solo work. [He shrugs. Both definitely have their merits and drawbacks, but that's a whole other conversation.] Hopefully the arguing will get us somewhere, besides going in circles.

Though I think it's not exactly asking too much of them when we expect them not to act like spoiled brats when their ideas are shot down. Besides, the actual kids aren't the only ones acting like kids and they're not the ones trying to make other people's decisions for them.
