Tsunade wasn't surprised when she found Komui in an unmoving heap. Everytime she found him he was in that state. Of course she felt terrible about it, but she wasn't going to give him the chemicals he wanted. He had to learn to deal with this place again. He wouldn't even help with her attempts at physical therapy.
"Komui. Komui, don't pretend like you can't hear me. I need you to sit up so I can at least get to your arm."
Komui twitched when he realised who it was and the sudden hope sprang up in him. The reaction brought about an answering wave of annoyance. He knew what the answer would be before he spoke, but he still had to know.
No. I did not. And I'm making damn sure no one goes through my stuff for you again. Now sit up."
This was a constant battle now. Getting him to deal with even the most basic of needs had become a struggle. Tsunade stood next to him, looking down at him.
Komui turned his head just enough to give her a dirty look from the corner of his eye before going back to staring at nothing. Her command only merited an annoyed exhale. He had no reason to get up and he wasn't going to do it just to please her. She'd done nothing good for him lately.
"No. Absolutely not. You're sitting up and dealing with this. You want your arm back? Then you're going to have to cooperate." She propped him up against the wall, manhandling him into the position she wanted.
Damn the woman. With the wall at his back it wasn't so easy to slump back onto the mattress. He kept his gaze focussed somewhere just above the dirty sheets, his annoyance showing in the creases round his eyes.
"It hurts." And that was obviously her fault, for denying him his opiates. "It'll never work like it should."
Komui hissed as she moved the stiffened digits around. He'd not bothered to touch the thing, disgusted with it's appearance and uselessness, so his fingers had ended up settling in a loose claw.
"That hurts" He jerked his shoulder in an attempt to pull his hand from her grasp. "Stop it."
"No. I'm not going to stop. Your hand is recoverable, if you're willing to try. I am not going to let you waste away in here."
She continued to work, trying to loosen up the claw and make it something more usable. Chakra work would come later, right now she just wanted to get the thing moving.
He slapped her again, barely managing to ruffle her hair.
"Get off of me, you stupid woman." He was finally growing more animated as his frustration grew. "Thief, meddler, go back to your wizard and let me alone."
"Leave him out? He doesn't leave himself out. He sticks his nose in everywhere, no matter how ignorant he is." She'd given him an opening and he was going for it. "He's worse than you."

She ignored his annoyance, taking his arm in her hands to start working with it and testing his range of motion.
