WHERE: Suite 16D as BASE. Locations throughout the FACILITY: recreational room, biodome, hallways and other suite's.
SUMMARY: Half of the facility has found themselves in their former youth and that includes a handful of the Capes. This log serves as a container for random rendezvous between the tiny populace of superheroes and whoever wants to get their interaction on with them or those caring for them this week.

With all these children running around there are those who are bound to take care of them. Several people have come together to assure that the tiny cape-crusaders don't find themselves in a jam this week or cause too much trouble. Quietly though, everyone is certain that that's not going to stop much of anything because these are not just ordinary children the facility is dealing with, these are children with powers and strength--something almost terrifying when one things about it on the scale of care.
