Summary: Xion is taking care of the sick Misaka, when suddenly said sick Misaka tries to NOM and our favourite albino hero comes to the rescue.

The flu had been getting worse and worse with each passing hour, and it was all Misaka could do to keep what little of what she had eaten down. Probably didn't help that she hadn't ever been sick in her short existence ever.
Thankfully, she had a friend in Xion, who was currently taking care of the rather sick clone.
"'Thank you for taking care of Misaka,' Misaka manages to get out." And some how without upchucking her lunch to boot.
