Lili barely has time to even really process the memory amidst her 'What the hell was that' reaction as she drops her shield due to clusterfuck of his memory quickly followed up by one of her own. It giving Damian's batarang clear aim at the guard. His aim is most likely tried and true by this point.

Her own memory, it isn't a happy one as it rolls towards Damian full force. She's sitting alone on the trashed streets of a Victorian London, head tucked between her knees. Her view purely of her sneakers and the rubble on the streets by her feet as she stares. Fingers clutching at her skinned knees. Bruises aching alongside her churning stomach.

Lili is just looking down, this the clearest part of the memory, most consistent as she gives a labored breath.

"Why couldn't I have stayed dead?"

"What is going on?" Is Lili's current demand as she tries to mentally pull herself away from the memory, the mind state to go with it jarring in contrast to what is going on now. She able to cobble a shield back up incase the guard has any friends nearby or tries to attack again.

"Memory transfer." He grits out, there'd been some trouble with it on the train, and the information had sped through the few capes stationed there. He's spent the bulk of the week careful, keeping away from those around him, and he's been on edge. Transferring information with Lili wasn't on his priority list, hell, telling her about his extracurricular activities wasn't on the list either.

Her memory ripped through his head, he could see and feel the grit for a split moment, feel the wounds, and he has a sudden flash of irrational anger at whoever caused it. He does a quick glance around, checking for guards, before looking back, "Who?"

"Well- that's just great." Is her first response, she's decently annoyed since now she has Damian's memory settled in the back of her head in its own memory reel. Emotions she wasn't supposed to feel seeping from its edges, staining the edges of her own feelings. The best she can do now is refocus that into the shield, it shimmering a brighter orange than it usually does.

The question makes her blink, she giving a annoyed frown back. "Why?"

"Don't ask why, just answer." Because he's judging this memory as a fac memory, and he knows just as any other rat that you don't just stay dead. Plus... someone needs to kill you first, and that's who he wants to know. There's tension in his voice, no doubt effected by the conflicting memories. He can feel her injuries as though they were his, and feel how... dreary it was. Not to mention his own memory is still on the forefront, it's not one he wanted to share. He had, what? Known his father for a mere 24 hours?

"Ugh," She's rubbing the 'bridge' of her nose at that. The memory swapping is just making Lili FOR ONCE actually put a small bit of distance between herself and Damian. Usually he can expect her to invade his bubble soon as he gets within range of her. Now she's trying to quickly mentally sort her vault back in its place and find a place for his while holding a shield.

"First," She points at him, avoiding actually poking him in the chest like she wants to. "Tell me what was going on in yours, why were your parents arguing like that?"

He doesn't have the same mental hoops to jump through, but he's still waiting for the emotions to rip through him and settle down. His eyes are narrowing behind the domino mask, not something he wants to divulge. His Mother being a criminal mastermind, and all.

"I asked first Zanotto."

"I saw your memory first," She answered snippily back, able to slide it back at last. The vault being sealed as tightly as she can manage it. Lili doesn't want to go into details over the fact Sasha murdered her very dead back then, especially when she had that memory buried deeply by this point. "So- you go first."

Too bad he wants those details. He's stressed, he's angry, he doesn't perform well under stress and anger. Jason was right when he commented on it-- Damian lets his anger cloud him, far too much. He's so aggravated, there seems little point in hiding much of anything, not when she now knows he's Robin.

"They were arguing because Mother had recently kidnapped the British Prime Minister's wife."

Him giving up details at least makes her more likely to say something instead of brushing it off. Lili and Damian can at least match up in that aspect, both let their emotions get ahold of them far too easily. Lili's differences lay in the fact she's been trained to use those feelings to make power out of them or to push them down to think more clearly.

Being a twelve year old hormonal girl- sort of clouds the chances she has of thinking most of the time though. Its why she pretty much just lets her next questions slide out.

"Is- that a hobby your mom enjoyed? Kidnapping people?" No real judgement here, Lili's father was always getting kidnapped, so this was a normal situation for her.

Before he can pounce on her for details, she supplies them. "My memory, was from a F3 trip, Sasha went crazy, killed me and everyone else."

But he isn't terribly good at reading people, and his eyes narrow again, at the question. Plus it was his mother doing the kidnapping. "If the occasion calls for it, then yes. I think she preferred it over the monotony of hits-- and father was present. I think she enjoyed herself."

That information doesn't look good though, he can't very well go beat the shit out of Sasha can he. Instead he grits his teeth, "How long ago?"

Lili outwardly 'wrinkles' her nose at the explanation. "Well, its a good thing we weren't from the same world, she probably would have kidnapped my dad a few times." She shrugs a little, willing to let it go since- lets not get on the subject of mothers around here.

He could try and see the horrible consequences of that. Lili is crossing her arms over her chest now, keeping her answer on this a little shorter. "Half a year ago, way before he adopted me."

"Why. Who is your father?" He asks, coldly, still ruffled from the exchange, but nevertheless curious.

Oh, he does, he's very aware of how that would go over, but the knowledge of it doesn't sit well with him. Half a year is a long time, he's been here a long time. He shakes his head, displeased but there isn't anything to say about it, nothing but to feel the cold stab in his gut from past wounds given by Sasha Nein.

"He's in charge of Psychonauts. The Grand Head, which is why he gets kidnapped a lot." She's taking it in stride since- it could be a lot worse. She's gotten the memories shuffled away after all, the feelings dribbling from the memories are contained again.

"Just forget about it, okay?" She almost reaches out for him, stopping before actually touching him since they already swapped memories once. "Its over with now,"
