Scratch's Tea Party

Summary: Doc Scratch is holding a tea party for everyone and anyone who'd like to come.

Warnings: Delicious cake; perhaps some swearing from some of the guests
[Doc Scratch has carefully set up a great deal of tables and chairs with as many sweets as he could find all around. He's set up many pots of tea with china tea cups, and bowls full of sugar cubes.]
There, everything is in order for all of my guests.
[Doc Scratch sits down at the head of one of the many tables in a wing-back chair with green upholstery, patiently awaiting the arrival of his guests among the ticking and tocking of the many eye-balled clocks. Not that Scratch minded, really, he was used to clocks watching him, and the sound of their ticking made him feel right at home.]
