Where: 8D initially, moving to 3D
Summary: After a miserable week of isolation from each other, the Young Avengers decide to reconnect and cheer each other up in the dorkiest way - with a sleepover and lots and lots of hugs.
Rating: PG probably.
Warnings: Cuteness. Hugs. Teenage superheroes being giant dorks with each other. Possible teenage drunkenness later? Idk.
During the last hour, he couldn't think about anything but Kate and Billy and how much he wanted to see them, wanted to bruise and batter them up good, and then, just like that, with a single blink, the feelings went away. Reset had happened. Thank god. He wasn't sure how much longer he could stand living in Tim's room. Not much longer, if his snowfall of construction paper confetti was any indication of his anxiety.
The second he felt the change in his general attitude toward Kate, he was up and moving, throwing all his clothes into his pillow-case and zipping out with it, a blur through the halls as he sped to the room Kate had been staying in, 8D. He missed her, he missed her so goddamn much. Their little talk the other day hadn't been enough. It had gotten him through the last two days, but now - now he could see her. And they'd go see Billy, and hell, he'd even hug that dork.
He reached 8D and threw open the door (thankfully not damaging it in the process), bursting in. "Kate? Kate, you better be in here or I will scour this entire hellhole for you-"
