What he appreciates about F3 is that while it is a disturbance of daily goings-on as far as the facility is concerned, for Tim, it's much more a return to normalcy. He's not someone that sleeps a lot (he could be, but he hasn't yet abandoned his irregular sleep cycle), and the dark hours are the worse when he's caught in F1. But here--
Here in the cities, he can creep rooftops and haunt alleyways and politely scare the pants off anything that comes lurking near the building where the group of people that he's come to identify as his own this week are sleeping. It's productive and rewarding, and after his day dwelling on his junkyard hallucinations, the cool air is clearing and livening.
Which isn't to say that he's not paranoid, or that he won't flatten the idiot who treads wrong in his grounds. Yeah. That means you.
