Summary: Ramona promised Jade she'd streak her hair, like. Five months ago. JADE IS FINALLY CALLING THAT IN.

Jade's face bruises were finally healing up and she'd dug a new pair of glasses out of her closet, so it seemed the perfect time to go pretty up her hair! She'd never had her hair streaked before. Or even done anything with it beyond washing it and brushing it. And even the brushing was a rare thing because it's just hair, who cares?? But now there was more to it than that, she had a boyfriend who'd probably like her looking cute even if he didn't say anything and a sister who'd probably thing it was cute and also other people who might notice her looking like she'd just gotten out of bed 24/7 despite her barely ever sleeping!!!
And also, she was a little sad about a couple things. So it was perfect timing to arrive at Ramona's door- several days later than Ramona had told her to- and knock excitedly on the door! It was exciting. So exciting.
And the fact that she had sneaky plans to get gossip out of Ramona, well, that was just icing on the cake.
