Summary: Somehow Lucas has gained responsibility of two children and has to pick them up and make sure they don't freeze or whatever. Why is this happening. Time to get some of those embarrassing kid leashes and then check on his best frenemy to make sure he's not dead.
Rating: PG-13? Lucas swears a lot? Is anyone actually offended by that?

Normally, Lucas would be looking out for the most important person in his life--that would be himself, by the way--and calling it a day. But with no Boxcars around, Nepeta would have been alone...and she'd already managed to almost kill herself once this week, so Lucas figured at the very least? Making sure she didn't become a kitty sized smear on the wall of the facility would make him look even tougher and cooler than he already was.
Which is why he's currently wearing his leather motorcycle jacket (which was awesome, natch) and standing outside of Nepeta's suite--where she'd gone to pick up her "things" so she could stay with him for however long she needed to.
Lucas was unaware that one of her "things" was another kid.
