Summary: Ryoji can't sit back and watch as people are being hurt, he and Sora go to attempt to break through the ceiling of the cafeteria

The keybearer strolled through the cafeteria door from his room across the hallway. His eyes were a little red from the fact that he'd been crying earlier but there was no other evidence other then that. Hanging over his shoulder was Ultima, his strongest weapon outside of the borrowed Oblivion that his Nobody wielded. Sora was sure that his footsteps were loud enough for Ryoji to hear against the floor.

"So really all we do is pick a spot and just keep attacking it. The tile and stuff will come down pretty easily but under that is this metal that is extremely hard to get through." Despite his earlier pain Sora's voice was filled with determination and strength.

Ryoji, who had been standing in the center of the cafeteria glances back to Sora, a faint smile on his lips. Ryoji isn't showing any signs of holding a weapon, or having any exceptional power. "Do you know of any spots on the ceiling where it might be less reinforced?"

He scans the ceiling. "Do you know if anyone might be directly over us?"

An elf walked in, eyes glowing an angry purple, and stopped in front of them. Fury was crackling off hir skin, making the glow in hir hands and eyes to be that much more intense, and s/he crossed hir arms.

"Are you attempting to save our fellow prisoners?"

No introduction, no greeting, nothing. And it didn't look like they were going to get something of the sort any time soon, either.

Ryoji glances behind him and sees them and nods rather firmly. He knows that it might not succeed, but he has to try. The pain he feels from knowing others are in danger is too great for him to just ignore.

"Yes." he says confidently.

Vaarsuvius looked up at the ceiling, scowling.

"How powerful do you need the explosion?"

Ryoji sighs quietly and glances at the ceiling, then taking a seat to look up at it.]

...I don't know. If I was at my true form, I might be able to break through it instantly, but, I'm rather bound to being human.

"If you had the ability to get to the ceiling and had increased strength, would you be able to break through it partially?" the elf asks bluntly, glaring at the ceiling as though it were taunting hir.

Ryoji looks up again. "...I might." he says quietly. "I'm rather scared of my strength in this form, I don't know if I can control it entirely."

His gaze falls down to the floor, seeming slightly dejected. "I'm going to try. I can probably shatter the tiles quickly, but I may need help breaking through the rest of the ceiling."

"I can increase your strength and give you the ability to climb the walls and ceiling. Can you use it?"

Ryoji looks up rather intrigued. "The increase in strength might be very much needed. Let's see who else comes to assist before we focus on that, though."

Vaarsuvius nodded curtly, frowning. "Very well, but I would like to make this fast, as I am sure you do as well."

"I really don't know how we're going to do this...do we even know what's above us?" He frowns. "I haven't been here very long...So, I can't say I know."

[explosive_runes]

"No, we do not know. But why would we be here if we did not think it was worth it?" Vaarsuvius crossed hir arms. "I am perfectly willing to destroy every wall which hides a room we haven't seen."

[exiledarcana]

"That's a good way to look at it." He smiles and starts to climb on top of one of the tables, a sort of cosmic gust catching up around him. "I think we should get these tiles out of the way."

"Inform me if you need an increase for your strength."

[exiledarcana]

"Yes, thank you." He smiles, chuckling a bit as he looks up at the ceiling.

He decides it's best not to go ahead and exert himself right away, and just jumps and aims to punch ta the ceiling.
