He approached the butler and greeted him quietly.]
Hello, Sebastian.

Good day, Gaara-sama. How hope you fare well? Anything interesting on patrol? [Oh he knew, he stalked well]
Reply
I am fine.
[A silent moment of contemplation.]
No, although there is a tournament taking place today.
[A beat.]
How are you?
Reply
A tournament? Of what variety, Gaara.
[A cracked smile]
Doing well myself. Thank you for asking.
Reply
It is called a Struggle Tournament. The participants fight with... bats. While wearing unusual clothing.
[He nodded at his response, looking at ease in Sebastian's presence, feeling no need for apprehension. He didn't, after all, know anything about the demon's attack on his sister in London. And the time when Sebastian had wanted to eat him, the experiment at the time made Gaara too apathetic to care.]

I assume the bats are non-lethal? How unusual, Gaara?
[He almost wanted to see if Ciel would participate. He doubted it.]
Reply
Yes. The structure itself seems...
[He trailed off, and then rephrased his statement.]
Suffice to say, I wouldn't wield it in actual combat.
[A curious look to the other man.]
Are you interested in participating, Sebastian?
Reply
Padded, non lethal. Not something you would defend yourself with?
[A short little smile]
A butler of my station would most likely not be allowed to permit even one round. Nor do I believe many would want me around.

Ineffective equipment.
[Gaara regarded him for a moment, eyes openly scanning over his figure. Unless there was a height restriction, he didn't see why Sebastian would not be allowed to participate. Skill level wasn't exactly required, given the nature of the event. People of varying abilities were signed up to participate in the tournament. The redhead didn't know of the short leash that Ciel kept his butler on.
A slight smirk played about his lips.]
Not worth your time, I suppose.
Reply
No, certainly not for of good use. After all, if I wielded something it would be something that could actually hurt in a necessary battle.
[Sebastian was of a proper height of around six feet, his body lean and built well despite not having the degree of muscles an overly muscular man might have. Impassive eyes, qualfed hair with delicate and smooth skin. He certainly didn't look like one built for fighting. Then again, it wasn't the looks that determind the skills.]
Not if I truely tried.

He nodded in agreement. What was the point of swinging a toy bat around that couldn't do any good? Of course, he didn't understand the concept of having fun, so...
Six feet. Sebastian is a good head taller than Gaara. Around the same body build, too, actually. Their opponents would likely underestimate them, which in turn, worked to their advantage.]
Mmm... I must agree.
[His attention turned to the tea.]
What kind are you brewing?
Reply
Sebastian found fun in his own sick twisted little ways. Human things usually intrigued him to a point, and then got boring fast.]
I managed to bring a little bit of Earls Jackson Gray from London with me back in my pockets.
Reply
Gaara is pretty boring. Sebastian would likely find other people to be more entertaining... but maybe their souls aren't as tormented as this one.]
I see.
[A beat.]
What does it taste like?
Reply
It's bitter like any other tea, except the flavor is sweeter due to an added oil of bergamont orange. Would you like some? I can always make some more should my master require it.
