A Christian being crucified. 002 hoped that it would carry the weight 002 assumed it would. There was a black cloth bound around Mello's eyes, making it impossible to see anything. A similar black cloth was stuffed into his mouth and wrapped around his head to keep him from talking. With the cloth in place all he could do was whimper or moan.
002 said nothing, nor did they wait for the victim to stir. Mello wouldn't say anything, not yet. Best to leave him there. Best to let him stew. 002 turned out the lights and left clasped in one gloved hand was the broken rosary once around Mello's neck.
