Barney's apartment was empty, it's owner having disappeared a few days previously. The red lighted shelf of porn was stll in shambles, some of it in an almost neat pile on the floor, some DVDs lying broken. His bed was made, its one pillow and full-sized blanket neat on the King sized mattress. The living room was a bit more of a mess, couch off center, remote hidden somewhere, probably in the cushions. Space Trooper still leaning against the wall, scratched and disfigured. The door is unlocked.
