He was looking forward to seeing Bado, there was something wonderfully frank about him. He was the sort of person Emmett could connect with, could understand . Lovely as some of his new friends were, he couldn't quite connect with them on an emotional level. Bado was different. And aside from that he never took Emmett too literally, which was the best way to handle the flamboyant queen.
Emmett found the right room and knocked on the door, looking utterly shit faced but not particularly caring.

"There you are! I was startin' to get lonely. ... You okay, hun?" He wrapped an arm around Emmett's shoulder and escorted him inside and aiming him for the bed. "Have a seat, you need anything? I still have a little water left."

Emmett rubbed his eyes and tried to wake himself up a little. "You're a godsend hunny, you know that?" he smiled.

Rubbing Emmett's back, Bado laughed, holding his cigarette between two fingers on his opposite hand. "A godsend? Hardly. I don't think the big man likes me that much to tell ya the truth. Least that's what Bishop is always joking."

The redhead erupted into a long laugh at the last thing Emmett said. Once he recovered, he nodded his head in agreement. "No problem at all."
Reply
"Haven't laughed like that in a while," he sighed. "I'm startin' to get pretty homesick - missing my friends. Wonder how they're doing, eh? Our people back home I mean. Darn I miss 'em - Michael and Teddy and Sunshine and Deb, Mel and Linz, God help me I even miss Brian Kinney!" Emmett laughed again. "I'm glad I made some new friends though," he gave Bado the sweetest smile, hazel eyes sparkling with gratitude. It was just nice to have someone to talk to who understood him.

Bado returned the warm smile. It was nice to be appreciated on this level. It was nice for someone to look to him for comfort, for protection. He didn't get that a lot around here. It was nice to say the least.

There was a silence and Emmett looked around him calmly.
"Soo... what d'ya wanna do?" he asked.

Bado didn't really mind the silence so much. He didn't have to constantly be running his mouth in order to enjoy someone's company. In fact, he was a fan of sitting or laying with a person and doing nothing. That level of comfort between two people was something that you earned. Something that only friends, or more, did.
"Ummm, I dunno. The only thing I have here that's any kinds of exciting is my cigs." He smiled in a teasing way. "I didn't know I had to entertain you, heh. Do you have anything in mind?"

"You know, we are friends. You can tell me things. Trust me, I'm pretty damn hard to get offended." He grinned and poked Emmett's side with his free hand.

He giggled nervously and flushed slightly.

"You want to? ... With me? Really?" Bado was genuinely shocked.

"Forget I said anythin', jus' me bein' silly again. Shouldn't open my mouth... really shouldn't..." he waved his hand as though attempting to wave away what he'd said. He felt embarassed for some reason, nervous even. Wanting sex with total strangers was fun and easy and unintimidating... but wanitng sex with someone you actually knew was awkward, and kinda scary...

"... Can I ask why?" The question was innocent, there was no trace of anything that could be considered bad. Just, some part of Bado wanted to know if this was just a casual thing or if Emmett wanted something more.
