Who: Heero, Trowa and an unconscious Duo on the bed
When: After Hana heals Duo
Where: Heero's room, 12B
Summary: Heero was moping instead of going after Duo because of things the chibi said. Trowa just didn't get there fast enough. Being themselves, once Duo's alright, they begin to angst.
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Gratuitous amounts of angst. Setting broken bones the hard way.
Trowa sat in one of the chairs next to Heero's bed, where the small form of their friend was lying. He was alright now, Hanatarou had made sure of that. But still, Trowa couldn't help but feel partially guilty for what had happened.
If he had gone after him earlier, instead of letting him continue running around pranking people... maybe all of that wouldn't have happened. He could have prevented that fight from escalating the way it had.
He turned his gaze to the newly-healed child, an apology that would never be said on the tip of his tongue.
