[The first thing you hear, is music.]
[But this not the loud music of the modern age - at least not yet. No, this is the melodic music of ages past. It's got bite - big band is always more brassy than you expect - but underneath is the sweet tone of a time where music had words even without the lyrics. And this song? Well, this song is all about having fun.
That's probably why it's called In The Mood.]
[Howard's face appears, finally, and he's smiling from ear to ear.] Good evening all ... I understand we're having a bit of a bumper crop week of wishes. I also understand that Val will be throwing us a party on Wednesday, for a Miss Kairi. However, until then ...
[The camera swung away from him, to show the room he's in. And this room is in a word ... swank. It is, in fact, a perfect replica of the Stork Club from the early 1940's, with the tables, half filled with people, waiters wandering from to and fro, and a long bar stretching along the back. On the stage, a band was still playing In The Mood, as loud as you please.]
...Until then, any one mind if I throw a party - oh - every other night this week? The more the merrier, by the by. The best kind of parties are the loud ones.
[He grins again, waggles his eyebrows, and clicks off.]
