[When the video begins the scenery is shifting, swaying, but the inside of a darkened apartment is visible as the person holding the camera moves through it. Finally the camera stops moving as it is set down on a counter in the kitchen. Kate comes into view, dressed for bed, as she opens the fridge and pulls out a water bottle. She opens the bottle

Yeah, that's true. This place is nothing but weird stuff.

Pictures of my family. Suki says they've done this before.

Wonder why they did this the first time.. [He exhales.]

I don't know. Morale boost? Maybe for the same reason they give us off weeks?

...Yeah. They're nice.

[A hint of a smile at that answer. He nods.] That's good. If I get anything, I'll let you know. Glad you got something nice.

Doesn't really sound like something they'd do but I guess they decided it was a good idea. We'd be no fun if we just totally broke.

I hope you get something nice too. I hope no one ends up getting a person, since everything is going to be gone at the end of the week. Getting someone you care about taken away after finally getting to see them really sucks.

We're not broken! We're... okay. Right now, anyway. [He offers a full smile this time.]

Yeah, don't worry though-- got anyone I could need right here. Maybe a rugby ball, or not.. Any suggestions?

I know, that's what I'm saying. I completely forgot the point I was trying to make. Congratulations on making me lose my train of thought.

Well, if they're going to take it at the end of the week, something that's alive is probably a bad idea.

Yeah... Wonder what I can wish for. It'll probably come to me sooner or later and if not-- it's not like I actually lose something by not wishing.

Yeah, that's true. Most people seem like they don't even know they wished for something. I know that's how I feel.
