Why not? The rooms over there are better and more spacious then this. You can't possibly expect to just stay here by yourself.

Um, if you ever do feel like moving somewhere else, you're welcome to stay in a room I got for you. Building 1, Room 1206 on the 2nd floor. I even cleaned it so that you wouldn't have to do it by yourself.

Sorry for suggesting it, though. I forgot you're capable of taking care of yourself without assistance, so if anything, it's probably more of an annoyance.
