In the warehouse over the second facility. Head for level three and follow the signs. The blast doors are open now, so anyone can come and go.

I've started hauling things over from the F1. Since we can do laundry, we probably won't need clothes for awhile. I'll let things just stay in storage.

I'm managing. It's a bit weird, moving after this long, but I like the apartment I've picked out. You can keep scouting and trying to keep the masses from destroying the last supplies we'll see for a long time.

Yes to the first three, all in the large warehouses. Haven't looked for welding equipment, but it'll be on level five if it's anywhere.
