Attention all HEARTS members currently not involved with rebellion activities. Your help is required establishing a safe zone for upcoming activities. The hotel, saloon, and central town area are to be marked as no-go, but we are not currently as prepared as we need to be.
Your task will be to clearly demarcate the safe area in the center of town, particularly population centers, making sure that your markings can be seen easily by air. You are to create stockpiles of water and any other fire-fighting measures in easy to find locations in case of accidents. Medical supplies have begun to be collected, but any more that are found should be added.
In particular, we're trying to affect a migration of most people residing in the outlying areas, particularly those who will not be participating in the larger event. Anyone, especially children, should be brought to the safe zone as soon as possible.
I understand that this is a large undertaking without much time to do it. Enlisting any help from non-rebellion members would be wise, our official story for this project is that the events of the last Hope's End trip ended extremely badly, and we're circling the wagons in preparation for an end-of-the-week repeat of that fiasco.
As a side note, anyone concerned that this assignment does not meet their personal standards for glory can feel free to report to any rebellion JOKER for an alternate task. You are actively encouraged to leave me out of it. The rest of you, you're doing an excellent job adjusting to the new command structure, and that's an admirable thing. Keep it up, we might just be coming to the home stretch here.
