Eventually the creature locates the source of the disturbance; the porch and immediate area of an abandoned house. [ Bakura looks faintly irritated at the kaa's behaviour and barks a quick, Sedjem-i, Diabound! which causes the serpent to duck its head and unravel from around Fujino and go slithering contritely to the thief's side. From his cloak he takes two apples, probably looted from the house. ]
