[the feed shows mostly darkness, broken only by a weak flashlight that Heather has shoved into her pocket. The lanterns aren't doing much. From all this it's pretty obvious she's in the mine. Trust Heather to find the grossest, scariest place possible and explore it. Standard survival-horror teen procedure, don't mind her]
Ugh, it stinks down here. It's like a dead skunk ate a load of sulfur and then burped like ten thousand times. But it's one way to escape the heat, at least. I guess.
[she doesn't even know if anyone is listening. She has a habit of talking to herself anyway, so she doesn't care. She's just sort of wandering along aimlessly, peeking down precarious drops and poking around in abandoned mine carts when suddenly, out of nowhere, there's an ominous groan and Heather jerks to the left as an enormous creature comes shuffling around a corner, swinging its arms. Blood drips from its 'mouth']
What the... what the hell!? There are monsters down here!?
[the 'berry falls to the ground as she yanks out the machete she fount in the general store and starts swinging at the monster, dark blood splashing her face as her cowboy hat flops to the floor. She keeps stomping on the monster's face even after it's dead, just because]
