[The audio feed clicks on, but it sounds as if whoever is handling their faciliberry can't see what they're doing. Eventually, after the sound of hands fumbling with the buttons, the feed switches to video, and Marie gives up on messing with it.]
[Surprise, she doesn't look very good. Literally-- it seems as though she's managed to at least badly injure her only good eye. Considering she has two eyepatches going on right now. Double eyepatch, what does it mean?! And also figuratively... just like everyone else, she's in pretty serious pain in the back and shoulders department. Her face is pale and drawn from it, making a very nice contrast with the red stain still on her right eyepatch. Those are scarce, y'know, and accidents happen.]
Well... I guess I'll just have to hope it's on. No one would happen to know if I can set this up to let me know, would you?
[Marie tries to laugh, though it quickly dwindles down into a tired, strained sigh.]
More importantly... Can anyone tell me what happened last week? Or... or how Maka Albarn is doing? I'd ask in private, but, well... I can barely get this thing on at all.
[Marie pauses to think about what else she needs to say.]
Oh! Right. I'm Marie Mjolnir. I haven't met a whole lot of you, but... if anyone ever needs something, even just a shoulder to cry on, please let me know.
