35 C. [He's a little throw off by her appearance. She's beautiful.] There's--there's people already coming, though. I didn't mean to make this a big--public thing. [He's trying to keep it light, but the ragged pauses in his sentences can't be helped.]

C-Come in. it's... No, don't come in. It's... [It's messy. There's blood all over the walls, the bed... and he's sort of short of breath, staring in disbelief at the bloodied, white-gray wings messily sprawled out in either direction.]
