He's still got his mask on, but has unscrewed the bottom part, allowing him to drink with it on.]

[Heather catches it and comes in, wrenching off the cap with her bare hands and taking a seat on his bed. She's too upset to worry whether she's invading his personal space. For a moment she just sits there giving him a curious look]

[Fuck personal space, he puts an arm around her shoulder and gives her a quiet squeeze of reassurance.]

[she laughs a little and takes a drink herself, feeling much better. It had been a long time since she'd had alcohol to take the edge off and a friendly companion was helping even more]
