[When the feed starts, Wanda seems to be floating, legs crossed, with the biodome on her back. She had been meditating or some mystical thing until a while ago.]
I think I have no particular need for this money of sorts, so I suppose I'm willing to give it away to whoever feels like partaking on this little auction. I expect you all to keep this to a minimum of inconvenience for those not interested on it. Besides that... [She smiles a little.] I guess you are entitled to have fun now and then.

Besides that I have noticed not everybody managed to regain their body parts. Does Facility offer a way to get them back again? Would death "do the trick", perhaps?

It will be obviously detrimental for the affected if they can't get them back on the long, or even short run. At any rate, as temporal as it might be, death shouldn't be the only solution, if there is one.
