Last week I was killed by the man in 23A, called Sylar. He opened my skull and stuck his fingers in my brain. Afterward, Harry saw him using one of my healing techniques. Interrogating Mohinder revealed that he does have the ability to take abilities from others, as well as being telekinetic. The need to take abilities may be a compulsion that he doesn't have full control over. I don't know how many of my abilities he has, but just in case, don't get within arm's reach.
I don't know what to do with him, since he's claimed that it's an uncontrollable compulsion but that can be nothing more than an excuse. Either way, people like Superman need to stay the hell away from him. Spread the word quietly. No point in killing him, he'll just bounce back and we don't know everything he can do. He needs to be monitored, and those with strong abilities need to be kept clear. If he's a problem, we'll have to manage him the same way we had to deal with Madara.
