I can teach you hand to hand combat if you like. It'll help you protect yourself and you'd be able to go into battle without weapons.

I don't think you're useless though. You're here which means you have the ability to still do something and make a difference.

I think you might be taking strength much too literally.

One doesn't need to fight or defeat enemies to be considered strong. There are many other ways to measure strength. I wasn't always able to fight or protect people for a long time.

I believe that being able to stand up and continue fighting whether you are physically weak or not is a very important strength to have.

The fact you tried at least is a sign of strength. You're willing to fight even though you might not be strong enough. You can only get stronger that way. It might seem like it isn't a lot, but I'm sure your friends at least know that you're trying.
