[Cooro is sniffling, wiping tears and blood off of his face. That's the problem when someone who's always had wings suddenly finds themselves without them, they are bound to take at least one big fall. At least this one wasn't his fault.]

What happened? I ... I can't fly ...

Hey-- how bad did you fall? [Getting up and grabbing a few things.] Where are you right now, Cooro?

[littleanima]

I don't know ... I think I'm okay. [Not that he's got much in the way of experience with falls. But he's awake so that's good right? He stands, swaying, and tries to find something recognizable nearby.]

Umm ... I think ... I think I'm near the prison. W-why can't I fly anymore?

[It's good! In a sense, anyway. Jonathon's moving as far as the feed shows. He knows what's going on--staying in a place full of superheroes will give you more information than you know what to do with.] Gold collars.

You can't do anything that the average person isn't capable of, so no flying. I'll be there soon, alright?

They took my anima?!

[That's what it sounds like to him, since that's the only thing that has ever caused this. He wraps his arms around himself, hands over the marks on his shoulders, shaking.]

Hey, stay with me! [Jonathon puts away the 'berry when he sees the other in the distance--he's running over and taking a knee in front of Cooro, putting a hand on his shoulder.]

I don't know what 'anima' is but.. it's only for this week, I think. [He tries to get the other to make eye contact.] You'll get it back.

[He looks up, brokenhearted.]

I don't wanna loose my anima, I don't.

[It's more bad memories than actual protests. The last time his anima was taken from him, he tried to kill himself. And while that hadn't been the only reason, it did have a lot to do with his choices at that time. The crow spirit is part of who he is, and the only reason he had a chance at life to begin with, he's lost without it.]

[He hardly gets why the other is distraught over it but that's not gonna stop him. Reaching over, he pulls him into a hug.]

You're not--this is a temporary thing. It'll come back, and you'll be fine. [Pulling back, he watches the other for a moment before looking him over.] Now where are you hurt?

You really mean it?

[That's actually a difficult question for him to answer. He hurts all over.]

I hit my arm. And my face. [Which certainly explains the bloody nose.]

Definitely.

[Checking the other over, he opens the kit he brought with him and pulls out a handkerchief.] Pinch your nose with this--is your arm bleeding?

[littleanima]

[That's more of a relief than you can understand. He does as instructed without complaint.]

No ... but it really hurts.

[didntneedmagic]

It'll be fine then, probably just a bruise. [Leaning his head down, he checks the other's arms and face before nodding, moving to stand.]

Come on, where are you staying?

[littleanima]

[Nice thought, but sadly wrong. It's fractured. It just isn't as big an issue to him as loosing his anima.]

That big place. I ... I was working there ... helping transport things, and send messages, and stuff. But, n-now, I can't ...

[He's holding out his hand for the other to take--maybe he'll catch the injury before they head anywhere.]

The place that the man with the white hat helped set up. Mister ... mister ... Komui. I think.

[He uses his uninjured arm alone, no matter how awkward that is, to do everything.]

Oh, alright--I know that one. [There's some notice of the favoritism and so Jonathon stops for a second.]

.. Can I see your hurt arm again? Stretch it for me.
