[He figured you'd be on your way to the general store. He's not really watching his 'berry at the moment.

He pulls it out and stares at Soubi with a long frown.]

[Soubi nods and cuts the feed.

He's worried. Ritsuka is acting far too unaffected for Soubi's comfort. Guilt is so heavy in his chest; even if he hadn't meant to leave Ritsuka alone for a full week, it was probably the worst time to have done so. Neither have Youji anymore, and Ritsuka had to deal with that discovery alone. Soubi hates himself for that.

He isn't accustomed to this place yet, so it takes him a few moments to find the general store. But as soon as he spots Ritsuka over the other customers, he makes a beeline to the boy, kneeling beside him and offering his hands palm-up.]

[Ritsuka tilts his head in confusion as he throws some more rations into the bag he's found. There are other ones in the mine already. Collecting things was the first thing he did here. He can't really find Youji and he believes the terminated list. Even if he hadn't at first. Youji'd been scarce the past few weeks and really, it was only a matter of time before Val got board. That seemed to be the pattern with most terminated people. He hated it, but what else was he supposed to do but accept it.]
