For those in the biodome, they can probably find him practicing his powers within the limits the collar puts on them. He's growing rather frustrated at the illusions breaking every three seconds. Blue hair? Nope, going back to silver in four. An illusion of his Soul Eater? Gone even faster. Mera kicks a nearby tree before slumping down against it. Just... his luck.
