Is this a communication device?
[Whoever activated the video feed, obviously has no idea, considering he keeps swinging the 'berry back and forth. It's hard to get a good view of who it is other then they're apparently blond and there's a lot of red, white, and blue.
After a few minutes of messing with the strange contraption, he seems to find the item useless and places it on the table.
You can now get a good glimpse of Steve, who's looking around the room. He's still in the Captain America uniform, seeing that was the uniform he got frozen in.]

This is Captain Steven Rogers, I've apparently been detained in some sort of facility. My assumption is I've been taken prisoner by Nazis after the plane exploded. My shield has been stripped off my person and apparently I've been collared to decrease optimal function.
If I've been left with some sort of recording device, I hope to get this message back to U.S. soil. I highly doubt opposing forces would give me anything to contact anyone though.
[A long pause. He's thinking quietly before the stern look on his face softens.]
