Dave's staring down the camera, lineface pulled rather tight. His fingers keep curling around his ever-present shades, then receding, then coming back... this goes on for awhile before he abruptly chokes and cuts the feed.
...for about a minute. Once Dave's back he's got his shades again, and in one swift movement yanks 'em off. Hello, blood red eyes.
But he's not done yet. He bends his signature sunglasses past their breaking point and winces at the loud plastic snap before tossing them aside.
Dave doesn't say another word. This was his obligation and he figures he doesn't owe anyone an explanation.
