[For those of you that haven't seen Harry recently, he's not looking his best. He's currently sitting in a room lit by candles, poring over pages of notes, occasionally writing something in chalk up on his wall, which is covered in scribbled notes connected by lines, as well as a few strange symbols which could either be shorthand or magic. Harry's all bundled up, his coat wrapped around him, collar high, and his hat obscuring most of his face. What skin isn't masked by shadows is covered in white frost, and as he reaches up to write a note one might notice the tips of his fingers are now blue]

I've been watching the footage of week 103 that's been showing on the televisions.

There's not enough information. They've left a few important details out, details that someone... other than the doctors... is actively trying to conceal.

[He turns toward the camera momentarily, his eyes a flash of white on the screen]

Who else is involved in the investigation surrounding week 103? I'd like to compare a few notes.

Also, I've noticed a few people aren't getting a heck of a lot of sleep. I don't have unlimited energy, but if people just need a little rest I can knock them out for at least a good dreamless night. Might be a welcome relief from all the noise, and the nightmares that come with them.
