[When Maka got there, her usual man made scythe was strapped to her back, just in case. She had no idea what everyone was like this week and didn't want to risk it. She knocked a few times.]
It's me, Maka. [She belatedly wondered how his hearing was as a child.]
[Not much better than it was a decade later, and he's less talented with lipreading so he's paying very very close attention to the screen. The main door is cracked open slightly, which might be enough of an invitation.]
[She enters slowly, peering inside first. When she spots him she gives him a wave and a smile as she walks over, facing him so he can see her lips easily.]
I think at least one of those people isn't here anymore. Can I help you with something?
