[Her room is a mess, everything that could be turned over or tossed has been, including the dresser. Panic and rage are shown in her expression as she stares accusingly at the communicator. She takes a few deep breaths, trying to calm down.]

[He manages to look mildly guilty for a moment before he manages to regain control of himself again, and shifts his expression back into something aproaching nutral] I didn't take it. [Darc sees the wary look and assumes she still thinks he might try to kill her. Not that he blames her. His left hand inadvertantly moves to touch the birthmark on his right arm]

You need it? It doesn't look very useful. What's it for anyway?

[He makes a vague motion towards the interior of the room before heading back inside it himself in order to retreive the doll. He doesn't really expect her to come in, though]

[As eager as she is to get that doll back, she's good lingering by the door and just watching him from there. Though when she sees the doll she takes a few steps in.]
