[OOC: Backdated to a little bit after this.]

[For a moment, only the shuffling of clothing can be heard. As well as the very light, almost inaudible sound of a hat wrinkling as it is twisted. When Deuce speaks, his voice lacks all of its usual cheer. It is very quiet.]

Do people always come back after they die?

[A pause on this end, too.] Maybe. She said that she might be going home. And... so that must be good, right? [His voice still seems dampened, like he doesn't really believe that.]

I think I'd like if she missed but too, but at the same time I wouldn't want her to be sad about it. But I'll definitely miss her! If she really is gone...
