[OOC: Anyone who's still infected will feel a tremendous urge to obey Sephiroth's voice as he is the strongest source of Jenova at current. Canonly, his will is strong enough to prevent him from fully dying even though he no longer has a corporeal body; having been given a physical body in Facility is yet another convenience for him. He doesn't realize the setting change has completely enabled his abilities, and being in yet another new place again is somewhat disorienting.
I don't control any of your characters, so whether or not they actually come and heed his call is entirely up to you. But you're free to get creative about their resistance against him or compliance and obedience. Feel free to indicate their reactions here.
