FUCK YEAH PORK CHOPS. I marinated them overnight and pan-broiled them. Yum.

Alton, you know I love you, you are my culinary hero, but I don't know how you can stand so. much. salt. in your marinades. I used one third as much salt this time and it was great.

Then I deglazed the pan, because a bit of the marinade with the leftover pork bits is the dipping sauce of the gods for dumplings. Mmm. I can't wait.
